Many Worlds Platform – See It In Action

VR soft skills training platform - Many Worlds AI-powered immersive training demonstration

Many Worlds: AI-Powered Immersive Training in Action

After months of research, design, and prototyping, Many Worlds is proud to present our AI-powered, immersive, VR soft skills training platform. These working demonstrations show what’s possible when artificial intelligence, cognitive psychology, and immersive technology come together.

Whether you’re in human resources, learning and development, executive education, or leadership training, these demos show the power of presence-based learning, and how it can transform the way professionals develop critical soft skills.

The First Three Simulations

We’ve built three distinct training experiences that demonstrate different aspects of our platform’s capabilities. Each one showcases AI-driven interaction, realistic scenarios, and measurable skill development.

Active Listening Simulation: Effective Communication Demo

This fully immersive VR scenario drops users into a tense workplace interaction—a spontaneous conversation with a frustrated colleague at the water cooler.

Unlike scripted training simulations, this experience is fully AI-driven and open-ended. Users respond in real time using voice input. The AI character responds dynamically—reacting to what the user actually says.

Effective responses are rewarded with engagement and de-escalation. Poor listening—such as interrupting, minimising concerns, or using communication “roadblocks”—results in realistic breakdowns, including the AI character disengaging or walking away.

Key features:

  • Natural voice input with dynamic dialogue
  • Behaviour-sensitive responses from AI character
  • Real-time scoring and event-based consequences
  • Integrated dashboard and performance tracking

Communication Styles Training: Decision-Based Simulation

This standalone desktop application simulates a communication scenario requiring careful navigation of interpersonal dynamics. Instead of open dialogue, users choose from carefully designed multiple-choice responses, each based on proven communication effectiveness principles.

Each choice triggers different emotional and behavioural outcomes—allowing users to explore the impact of empathy, judgment, confrontation, and supportive listening in a branching path format.

Key features:

  • Decision-based interaction with meaningful consequences
  • Ideal for foundational training in communication styles
  • Desktop application format for easy deployment
  • Clear demonstration of how different approaches land

Active Listening Simulation: What Poor Communication Looks Like

This version of the Active Listening simulation demonstrates what happens when communication goes wrong. By intentionally using poor listening techniques, the user triggers disengagement and failure states from the AI character.

This experience highlights the contrast between effective and ineffective communication—and drives self-reflection in trainees. Sometimes seeing failure is the most powerful teacher.

These Are Just the Beginning

These three demos showcase just a few of the use cases made possible by the Many Worlds platform. Behind the scenes is a powerful, flexible architecture that can simulate nearly any interpersonal or high-stakes situation—delivered in VR, desktop, or mobile format.

Imagine immersive training solutions for:

  • Crisis management and de-escalation for leaders and client-facing professionals
  • Difficult feedback conversations for managers at all levels
  • Active listening and empathy development for teams
  • High-stakes negotiation practice for sales and procurement
  • Interview preparation for candidates and career services
  • Leadership presence and executive communication for senior professionals

All of our simulations are custom-built, meaning the dialogue, branding, emotional tone, and data outputs can be designed to meet your organisational needs—not shoehorned into a generic product.

The Platform Works

We’re not showing concepts or prototypes. This is working technology:

  • 3 working simulations deployed across Meta Quest VR, mobile, and desktop
  • 25+ training sessions completed with real users
  • AI-powered analytics tracking genuine behavioural change
  • Users transition from skeptical to engaged within 5 minutes of starting

Built From the Ground Up

Many Worlds was built from first principles:

  • Self-funded and founder-built from the first line of code to live pilots
  • All development, business strategy, and partnerships founder-led
  • Proven capability to execute across technical and commercial domains
  • Research-grounded in cognitive psychology and learning science

This isn’t a reskinned off-the-shelf product. Every element—the AI conversation engine, the behavioural analytics, the immersive environments—was designed specifically for soft skills training.

What We’re Building Toward

Today: Soft skills training for professionals who can’t practice the impossible—crisis communication, difficult conversations, leadership under pressure.

Tomorrow: A platform where anyone, anywhere can step into worlds that unlock their potential, whether that’s mastering leadership, developing communication skills, or building confidence for high-stakes situations.

The technology scales. The mission doesn’t change.

We’re not building a VR company. We’re building the future of how humans develop.
